If Things Don’t Work in the Early Stage (First 3 Months)

  • The employee is in a probation period.
  • Either party can give 1 week’s notice to end the role.
  • We ensure proper feedback and opportunity to address issues before any decision is made.

If Things Don’t Work After Probation (After 3 Months)

  • Months 4–12: 2 weeks’ notice required to end employment.
  • After 12 months: 1 month’s notice required.
  • We manage the performance review process, including documentation and guidance, so everything stays compliant.
