This Privacy Policy covers data collected for purchases, questionnaires, and delivery of digital products under the First Hire Success Kit brand. Sidekicks HQ recruitment operations are subject to a separate privacy notice.

- Purchase & tax data: product, amount, currency, invoice details, VAT/GST numbers (via Paddle)
- Questionnaire responses (to generate your kit)
- Support messages and form submissions
- Usage/analytics: IP address, pages visited, device type, cookies

- Fulfil orders and deliver kits (contract)
- Provide support and essential service emails (contract/legitimate interests)
- Send questionnaire links and reminders (legitimate interests)
- Prevent fraud and secure our services (legitimate interests)
- Comply with accounting/tax laws (legal obligation)
- Optional marketing with your consent (you can unsubscribe anytime)

- Merchant of Record & payments: Paddle (checkout, invoicing, tax, fraud/chargebacks)
- Forms & automation: Typeform; Zapier/Make; Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Drive)
- Email/support: Gmail/Google Workspace (and our alias digitalkit@sidekickshq.com)
- Analytics: Google Analytics or similar
These providers may process data in the UK, EU, US, or other locations with appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs).

Where data moves internationally, we rely on recognised safeguards and vendor compliance measures.

- Order & tax records: 7 years
- Support correspondence: 3 years
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or after 24 months of inactivity
