REFUND POLICY

First Hire Success Kit by Sidekicks HQ

1 | Digital products – final sale

Because our kits are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are final once payment is confirmed.

2 | Questionnaire non-completion

Completion of the onboarding questionnaire is required to generate your kit. If you choose not to complete it within 30 days (or an approved extension requested before expiry), your order remains non-refundable. We incur Paddle processing, automation, and platform costs at purchase; non-completion does not constitute non-delivery.

3 | When we will refund

We will refund/replace only if:

  • A duplicate purchase of the same item occurs within 24 hours; or
  • A verified technical fault on our side prevents delivery after you submitted the questionnaire and we cannot remedy it within 2 business days.

4 | How to request help

Email digitalkit@sidekickshq.com with your order email, date, and a brief description. We aim to reply within 1 business day.

5 | Chargebacks

Please contact us first; most access issues can be resolved quickly. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in licence revocation.

6 | UK/EU consumer notice (digital content)

By purchasing and accessing the questionnaire immediately after checkout, you consent to immediate digital supply and waive the 14-day cooling-off right for digital content, where applicable.

The First Hire Success Kit is a digital product line by Sidekicks HQ (Pty) Ltd. These policies apply only to digital kits and templates, not to Sidekicks HQ’s recruitment or placement services. Payments are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record.
