REFUND POLICY

First Hire Success Kit by Sidekicks HQ

1 | Digital products – final sale

Because our kits are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are final once payment is confirmed.

2 | Questionnaire non-completion

Completion of the onboarding questionnaire is required to generate your kit. If you choose not to complete it within 30 days (or an approved extension requested before expiry), your order remains non-refundable. We incur Paddle processing, automation, and platform costs at purchase; non-completion does not constitute non-delivery.

3 | Satisfaction guarantee – 80% refund

Yes, partially. If you complete the onboarding questionnaire, receive your kit, use it in good faith, and it is genuinely not a fit for your business, we will refund 80% of your purchase.

To qualify, please ensure:

• You completed the questionnaire within 30 days of purchase.
• You received the kit and attempted to use it for at least 7 days.
• You request the refund within 14 days of delivery of your kit.
• You confirm deletion of all copies and agree not to use the materials after a refund is processed.

One satisfaction refund per customer and per company. Abuse of the policy may result in refusal.This applies to all paid orders, including promotional pricing.

4 | How to request help

Email digitalkit@sidekickshq.com with your order email, date, and a brief description. We aim to reply within 1 business day.

5 | Chargebacks

Please contact us first; most access issues can be resolved quickly. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in licence revocation.

6 | UK/EU consumer notice (digital content)

By purchasing and accessing the questionnaire immediately after checkout, you consent to immediate digital supply and waive the 14-day cooling-off right for digital content, where applicable.
